I. This action is taken in accordance with the letter dated February 6, 2026, from the National Science and Technology Commission (NSC), document number 1150010385C.
II. The NSC's guidelines for handling and reviewing academic ethics cases have been amended, specifically Point 3 (Types of Researchers' Violations of Academic Ethics), Point 13 (Methods of Disciplinary Action), Point 13-1 (Reasons for Aggravated Actions), and Point 18 (Responsibilities and Obligations of Subsidized Schools or Institutions to Cooperate with Investigations).
III. Attached are one copy each of the amended comparison table, the full amended text, the promulgation order, and the provisions of the amended guidelines.
