Since account creation must be synchronized with Microsoft’s servers, it may take up to 4 hours for the account to become active. After completing the application, please visit theMicrosoft Office 365 websiteand sign in to access the Office 365 services.
If, when signing in, you receive the message: "Your organization doesn't allow you to update your password on this site. Please update it according to the method recommended by your organization, or ask your admin if you need help." Please sign in to this system’s “Edit Password / Email” page to update the password for your Office 365 account. (Note: This password is not synchronized with your Portal password.)

The National Central University Office 365 service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is available only to currently enrolled students with valid academic status and active faculty and staff members.

Use the latest version of Office Online.

This service is an online service provided by Microsoft, and all data is not stored within the university. Users must back up their data and avoid storing personal confidential information or valuable research assets via email or cloud storage. It is essential to back up important data to minimize the risk of data loss due to service failure or termination.
Microsoft does not guarantee that the Office 365 for Education service provided to the university will be permanent. If Microsoft terminates this agreement, users must bear the risk of potential service discontinuation.
The service provides both online and offline versions of Office. If you wish to use Office applications on a personal computer or laptop, please refer to the campus-licensed software website for download and installation instructions.
According toMicrosoft's regulationsOffice 365 is only available to currently enrolled students and active faculty and staff members. Therefore:
Faculty and staff accounts will be deactivated upon resignation. Please complete data backup before finalizing resignation procedures.
Students who withdraw, transfer, or graduate will have their accounts deactivated. Please complete data backup before completing the withdrawal process.
Personal information cannot be modified through this service. The account name and email sender will be displayed as "Faculty/Staff Name (Account)" or "Student Name (Student ID)", respectively.
To change your password, please visit the "Change Password" section in this system.Microsoft Office 365does not provide a password reset function.
The university reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:
Violation of relevant laws, academic network usage policies, university network regulations, or other applicable regulations.
Verified cases of misuse of Office 365 resources (including email, OneDrive, or other services).
