Single-Cell Tumor Analysis

Immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and cell therapy represent breakthrough developments in cancer precision medicine in recent years. These therapies have proven superior to traditional treatments in the prognosis of many advanced cancers, though only a few patients show significant responses. Therefore, understanding the composition and characteristics of individual tumor microenvironment cell populations is central to the development of personalized precision medicine. Utilizing single-cell analysis to reveal the characteristics of individual tumor microenvironment cell populations helps predict the suitability of immune therapy for each tumor, leading to more optimized treatment strategies.
