Aiming at managing and planning the strategic development of institution and seeking for education advancement, Planning Division conducts the business related to campus area as following：
- Organize the university strategic development plan and assess the effectiveness
- Compile the annual finance planning report of NCU
- Compile the annual performance report of NCU endowment fund.
- Plan the new campus and its teaching and research resource development.
- Arrange the meetings for the university development committees.
- Conduct and management the institutional accreditation.
- Serve as engineering and technological education(IEET) accreditation contact window, and integrate related affairs.
